Working principle of SMC pressure reducing valve
1. Adjust the handwheel clockwise, compress the pressure regulating spring, and push the diaphragm component downwards. Through the valve stem, open the valve core, and the inlet air pressure will be throttled and reduced by the valve core, resulting in pressure output
The pressure gas at the outlet enters the lower chamber of the diaphragm through the feedback tube, generating an upward thrust on the diaphragm. When this thrust is balanced with the force of the pressure regulating spring, the outlet pressure stabilizes at a certain value.
